Onsite exhibition
Space will be assigned on a ‘first come – first served’ basis except for Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors whose spaces are allocated according to their sponsorship level. Only products and services in direct connection to the topic of the Congress are allowed to be presented.
The exhibition organiser reserves the right to make changes of exhibit space after consulting the exhibitor involved. The booths may be used only for exhibiting and advertising the exhibitors’ own products in accordance with the host country’s applicable laws and regulations.
SPACE ONLY RENTAL
Companies who would like to reserve space only will be required to reserve a minimum of 12 SQM.
The price for space only includes:
- 2 exhibitors’ badges
- Listing in the Congress App, with 100-word company/product profile in the commercial/exhibitor section of the App
- Cleaning of public areas and gangways
- Listing as an Exhibitor on the Website prior to the Congress with link to the Company website
- Logo on Congress Website
- Company name on Acknowledgement signage
NOTE ON STAND BUILDING
- Maximum Stand Height: 3 metres
- No rigging
- Only one-level stands
SHELL SCHEME RENTAL
Companies who wish to reserve a shell scheme booth, may do so with a minimum of 9 SQM.
The price for shell scheme includes:
- 2 exhibitors’ badges
- Shell scheme frame, basic lighting
- Fascia panel with standard lettering
- Listing in the Congress App, with 100-word company/product profile in the commercial/exhibitor section of the App
- Cleaning of public areas and gangways
- Listing as an Exhibitor on the Website prior to the Congress with link to the Company website
- Logo on Congress Website
- Company name on Acknowledgement signage
EXHIBITORS’ TECHNICAL MANUAL
An Exhibitors’ Technical Manual outlining all technical aspects of exhibiting will be circulated three months prior to the Congress. It will include the following:
- Technical details about the venue
- Final exhibition details and information
- Contractor details
- Services available to exhibitors and order forms
