It is mandatory to indicate your final identifer in the upper right corner of the poster.
The format of your e-Poster must be PPT, PPTX, landscape, 16:9.
You can only produce one slide for your e-Poster.
Your e-Poster should be prepared in English.
Don’t overload your poster. Remember, you are not writing an article.
Keep it simple.
Use 500 to 1’000 words (including title, figure legends and tables), not more.
Graphics such as figures and tables can effectively convey more information than text, and should cover approximately 50% of the poster area.
The average reader spends 1-2 minutes on your poster.
• Clearly state your AIM or HYPOTHESIS for this study/poster at the end of the introduction.
• Highlight your main findings that are directly relevant to the AIM or HYPOTHESIS.
• Your conclusions should directly address or answer your AIM or HYPOTHESIS.
Use a constant font throughout the poster.
Let your important points stand out. Use (but don’t overuse) bold and colours.
If possible, avoid abbreviations and acronyms, especially in the conclusions.
Feel free to provide one or more key references (in the lower right corner).

Technical guidelines:

Format of your presentation:

Your presentation must be in POWERPOINT 16:9 Landscape format (*.ppt ou *.pptx)
PDF format is not authorized
Please note that the application used is not compatible with Keynote, Open Office or Prezi. Therefore, we recommend that you avoid using any of these software programs when preparing your presentation.
Please be reminded your e-Poster must be exclusively written in English
It is mandatory to indicate poster number in the upper right corner of the poster.
Please note that you can submit only 1 slide
Don’t overload your poster. Remember, you are not writing an article.
Seek simplicity, keep text to a minimum and avoid redundancies.
Use 500 to 1000 words (including title, figure legends and tables), not more.
The figures and tables should cover approximately 50% of the poster area.
The average reader spends 1-2 minutes on your poster. Highlight your main finding. Most of us start by reading the Conclusions. Thus, don’t hide them in the right lower corner. Put them at eye level, either at the top of the right column or, alternatively, start with the Conclusions. Otherwise, structure your poster by Introduction, Methods and Results. State your aims at the end of the introduction.
We suggest that the pathway (eye movement) be downward. Use 3-5 columns.
Let your important points stand out. Use (but don’t overuse) bold and colours.
If possible, avoid abbreviations and acronyms, especially in the Conclusions.
Feel free to provide one or more key references (in the right lower corner).
Handouts of your abstract / poster (with your email addresses) for your interested readers may facilitate future research communication.
